Every feature of your AI voice agent, with the screen to match

Only what the app does today. Each feature shows the name of its screen in the app, so you’ll find it straight away later.

01 7 features

Set up your agent

What the agent knows, how it sounds and how a call goes.

In the app: Agents

An agent with your tone of voice

Describe in plain language who it is, how it talks and where its limits are. Fine-tune it until it sounds like one of your own.

  • Persona, system prompt, first message and guardrails with example exchanges
  • Informal, neutral or formal address, and dials for warmth, energy, humour, empathy and patience
  • A default language plus extra languages: the agent switches when the caller speaks another one
  • Start from a template (receptionist, support, personal assistant) and restore an earlier version

In the app: Engine · Turn-taking

Choose the AI model and the pace

Per agent you choose who does the work, how quickly it responds and how it handles interruptions.

  • Speech-to-speech: ElevenLabs Agents, OpenAI Realtime or Gemini Live
  • Or your own chain: Deepgram or Soniox, a language model from OpenAI, Anthropic or Google, and a voice from ElevenLabs, Cartesia or Azure
  • Smart turn detection, interruptions, natural fillers and a maximum call length

In the app: Workflow

Map out fixed call steps

For calls with fixed steps: draw the route and have the agent follow different instructions at each step.

  • Steps with their own prompt, language model, voice, tools and knowledge
  • Branches on an AI condition, an expression or a tool result
  • Transfer to another agent or a phone number, or end the call cleanly

In the app: Voices

A voice that suits your business

Pick a voice from the library, design one from a description, or clone a voice with the speaker’s consent.

  • Design a voice from a text description, with previews to listen to
  • Instant cloning (ElevenLabs, Cartesia) and professional cloning (ElevenLabs)
  • Search the ElevenLabs voice library
  • Per agent speed, stability and style, plus a pronunciation dictionary

In the app: Sound effects

Background sound for a natural call

Soft background sound and a short tone while the agent looks something up, so the call sounds more natural.

  • Built-in sounds: office, call centre, café, rain, keyboard
  • Search and import sounds from Freesound, or have ElevenLabs make one from a description
  • Ambience automatically ducks under the agent’s voice

In the app: Knowledge base

Answers from your own information

Give the agent your own information, so it answers the way you would.

  • Text, a web address or a file (pdf, txt, md, html)
  • Small and fixed in the prompt, or large and searched per question

In the app: Test call · Tests

Test before it goes live

Talk to your agent in the browser yourself, or have a simulated caller put it to the test.

  • Test call in the browser by voice or text, with the response time
  • Simulated calls: an AI plays the caller and scores the agent on your criteria
  • Repeat tests and compare results per version of your agent

02 3 features

Follow and replay calls

Listen in live, and read or play back every call afterwards.

In the app: Live now

Listen in live and take over

See which calls are running now, listen in and jump in when needed.

  • Hear both sides with a live transcript
  • Whisper guidance to the agent that the caller can’t hear
  • Take over a phone call with your own microphone, or transfer it to your phone
  • Hang up from the overview

In the app: Conversations

Read and replay every call

Read every call back and play the recording, with the transcript following along.

  • Recording with a waveform per speaker, playback at 1×, 1.5× or 2×, and download
  • The word you hear lights up in the transcript
  • Search all transcripts and filter by agent, channel, status and outcome

In the app: Analysis

A summary and data after every call

After every call a summary, a verdict on your own criteria and the details you wanted.

  • Evaluation criteria in your own words, such as ‘was the appointment booked?’
  • Collect data as text, a number, yes/no or a fixed list of choices
  • Re-analyse after a change; the result also goes to your webhook

03 4 features

Let the agent make calls

The agent places calls itself: one customer, a whole list, or an errand of your own.

In the app: Outbound

Outbound calls, each with its own brief

One agent, a different brief each time: what this call should achieve, with which context.

  • Instructions, context, first message and the outcomes you want back, per call
  • Call now or schedule; on no answer or busy the agent tries again later
  • Voicemail: hang up, leave a message or carry on
  • Call a whole list from a CSV file, with a cap on concurrent calls

In the app: Tasks

An assistant that calls for you

Describe the errand in a sentence; the assistant calls, waits in the queue and checks in when it needs you.

  • Type the errand in plain language and the assistant turns it into a plan
  • Call when the line is open, right now or at a set time
  • Works through phone menus, waits on hold and only shares what you allow
  • Puts the appointment in your Google Calendar

In the app: Directory

Look up numbers and opening hours

Have the assistant find an organisation’s right number, opening hours and phone menu on the web.

  • Look-ups with your own OpenAI, Anthropic or Gemini key, with sources and a confidence per field
  • You approve the result; nothing is saved automatically
  • Several lines per organisation, each with its own hours and menu hints

In the app: Calling

Calling hours and an opt-out list

Outbound calls stay within the hours and rules you set.

  • Weekly calling hours, closed days and public holidays
  • An opt-out list checked before every dial
  • The agent adds people to the list itself when they no longer want to be called

04 5 features

Connect your systems

Phone numbers, your website, your own software and, if you like, your own AI providers.

In the app: Provider keys

Connect your own AI providers

Already work with AI or telephony providers? Connect your own accounts and pay them directly.

  • ElevenLabs, OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, Deepgram, Soniox, Cartesia, Azure, Telnyx and Twilio
  • Every key is checked when added and stored encrypted
  • The current balance per key, where the provider exposes it

In the app: Phone numbers

A phone number for your agent

Connect a Telnyx or Twilio number to an agent, or buy one from within Belvoy.

  • Import existing numbers or buy new ones: local, mobile (06) or 085
  • Show your own number as caller ID once it’s verified with your provider

In the app: Tools

Look up and book in your own systems

The agent looks up an order, books an appointment or opens a ticket in your own systems.

  • HTTP tools with bearer, basic, API key, OAuth2, mTLS and signed requests
  • Connect MCP servers, or import operations from an OpenAPI spec
  • A connector in your own network for systems behind the firewall
  • A log of every invocation

In the app: API keys · Webhooks

API, webhooks, SDKs and an MCP server

What you do in the app, your software does through the same API.

  • REST API with keys per workspace, scopes and test keys
  • Signed webhooks with retries, resend and test events
  • SDKs for TypeScript and Python, and an MCP server to start and follow calls

In the app: Widget & avatar

A talk button on your website

Visitors talk to your agent in the browser, with a button that fits your site.

  • Two lines of code; works only from the domains you allow
  • Colour, shape, font, position, light or dark, Dutch or English texts
  • Optionally a live transcript and a text field

05 4 features

Costs, branding and privacy

What it costs, how it looks, who gets in and what gets kept.

In the app: Usage

See and cap your costs

See what you spend on providers and put a limit on it.

  • Estimated costs by provider, model, agent and day, and per call
  • A monthly budget per workspace or per agent, with a warning and a hard limit
  • At the limit new calls are refused; calls in progress carry on

In the app: Branding

Your own brand in the app

Your clients see your name, colours and logo, in the app, the emails and the widget.

  • Product name, primary and accent colour, logo for light and dark, favicon
  • Colours are adjusted where needed for enough contrast
  • Email sender name and your own support and website links

In the app: Members

Workspaces and team

Work together in one workspace, or keep clients and projects apart in separate workspaces.

  • Owner, admin and member roles
  • Everything is separated per workspace: agents, keys, numbers and calls

In the app: Security & privacy

Privacy per agent

Decide per agent what is kept, and for how long.

  • Recordings and transcripts on or off, with a retention period after which everything is deleted
  • Mask personal data in transcripts
  • Hosted at AWS in Frankfurt; the agent says at the start that it is an AI
